The unique way of mounting the wheel and the structure of the Rock'n'roll trainer eliminate vibrations that could damage the frame. This is especially true if you ride very intensively while standing. The wheel tilts left and right, which allows lateral movements like on the road. The brake system is based on magnets, which makes oil leakage almost impossible. The brake is cooled by 80 aluminum cooling fins, and the heavy and large flywheel allows for a smooth and efficient ride. The recumbent wheel can be replaced with an even larger one. When using the Rock'n'roll trainer, it is recommended to use a special front wheel stand that allows the front wheel to move.
