Look Keo are cleats (blocks) for the Look Keo SPD pedal system. They are attached with three screws, which ensures maximum stability of the foot on the pedal. The white areas are made of a Teflon compound, which makes it easier to get in or out and reduces the rattling of the cleats themselves.

The red Keo plates allow 9 degrees of movement of the foot to the left or right, so they are suitable for people who have knee problems and would experience pain if the foot were fixed. The plates are only suitable for the Look Keo system.
