The Look team has completely redesigned the shape of the KEO 2 MAX pedals, which is reflected in the new, thinner construction with a wider contact surface, which increases the pedals' efficiency and their stylish impression. The contact surface of the new KEO 2 MAX maintains the strong lines for which Look pedals have always been known. Their width has been increased to 60 mm, ensuring larger contact surface and improved foot stability while pedalingThis creates incredible comfort, which cannot be found in many other pedals.

What else has been improved? Thanks to the new 500 mm² usable area (+ 25% increase), optimized power transmission. The shape of the stainless steel plate has been corrected. It now matches those on the tiles and regardless of the position of the leg (which depends on the angle of the spring you use) all the time maintains the same contact surface for even more consistent pedaling. Increasing the usable pedal contact surface without adding weight improves the power-to-weight ratio, making the product even better and allowing you to get even more out of it!

It is also worth mentioning the durable enlarged axle made of chrome steel «Chromoly Plus», which is extremely durable due to the internal ball and needle bearing located under the contact surface. withstands loads well and rotates smoothly throughout its entire life. A new component has been added between the ball and needle bearings – the washer that was previously used to hold the needle bearing in place has been replaced by a tapered spacer. This technical solution reduces friction, increases flowability and consequently reduces geometric deviations what it brings impeccable pedal reliability.
