Look Keo Grip are cleats (blocks) for the Look Keo SPD pedal system. They are attached with three screws, which ensures maximum stability of the foot on the pedal. In addition, the lower part of the cleat is coated with fine rubber, which prevents the shoe from slipping on slippery surfaces.

The black color fixes the shoe firmly to the pedal and does not allow the foot to move while the foot is attached. The gray plate allows for 4.5 degrees of foot movement to the left and right.
