The 2024 eCult Octane 112 features a completely redesigned frame that is lighter, has a lower standover height, and allows for easier cable routing for the dropper post. It also features integrated brake and shifter hoses and cables. The bike comes in an attractive metallic gray color.

The engine power, which offers an incredible 112Nm of torque and provides enough power even on the steepest slopes, and the modern frame geometry, which ensures good power transfer to the ground, a low center of gravity and good riding characteristics on both climbs and demanding descents. The whole package is rounded off by a battery, which is integrated into the down tube of the frame and offers a capacity of 660Wh.

COMFORT

The eCult's comfortable ride is ensured by a set of components. First of all, we notice the large, 29-inch wheels, which are shod in 2.6˝ (66mm) wide Vittoria Mezcal tires, which offer great comfort, grip, and good power transfer to the surface.

The Marzocchi Z2 front suspension fork is specifically designed for use on "heavier" e-bikes. With 120mm of travel and air spring, it offers the possibility of precise suspension adjustment for each individual and thus maximum suspension performance in all conditions.

DRIVETRAIN

The heart of every e-bike is the drivetrain, which consists of the motor, battery and handlebar controller. The eCult surprises with this as well.

The Domel motor fascinates with its numbers. 48V, 250W and 112Nm of torque! But the greatest enthusiasm is generated by its stunning performance, incredible responsiveness and brutal power, accompanied by the otherwise pleasant sound of the motor, which practically "purrs" during operation.

For maximum enjoyment on the bike, a removable battery integrated into the down tube of the frame with a capacity of 660Wh ensures that the entire system operates on a 48V circuit, which keeps the entire system at a lower operating temperature and thus ensures a longer lifespan of the battery and electronics.

ENGINE CONTROL

The clear Sigma EOX R500 control panel, which is mounted on the bike's handlebars, provides the user with all the necessary functions for easy control of the motor assistance.

If the user wants more data, they simply connect their phone via Bluetooth to the bike and download the Sigma EOX app.

The user can also purchase the Sigma V1300 screen, which is compatible with the EOX R500 control panel, which replaces the use of a phone, and which, in addition to the options already listed, also offers a navigation option.

The Sigma EOX R500 control panel also has a light on/off function (cable and lights not included).

GEAR SYSTEM

Despite the high torque provided by the motor itself, the bike is equipped with a 12-speed system that offers a gear ratio of 36×11/51 teeth. This is enough to "climb" most climbs without or with minimal motor assistance.

BRAKE SYSTEM

Brakes are a vital component of any bike. E-bikes require an even stronger braking system. To ensure that the new eCult also surprises you positively when braking, we have upgraded the brakes this year with larger brake rotors (203mm front and 180mm rear) and equipped the bike with Formula Cura brakes.

DRIVING FEATURES

The riding characteristics of any bike are the combined result of all the bike's components and frame geometry. Therefore, we can say that the eCult offers excellent riding characteristics both on climbs, on the flat and on descents.
