Our story
The Ritoša company is a family business with a long tradition dating back to 1986, when it was founded by Mr. Gverino Ritoša together with his sons Valter and Dragan.
Our entrepreneurial journey began in our home garage, where we initially provided bicycle service. In 1991, we expanded our business to include bicycle sales, and after Slovenia gained independence, we also began distributing bicycles, spare parts, accessories, and disability aids.
In 1994, we opened our first specialized store in Koper, and six years later, we further strengthened our presence on the market by opening the Cycling Center in Izola - the center in Izola is still operating successfully today.
Over the years, we have expanded our offering and gradually added the sale of various types of sports equipment to our basic cycling activity - for both summer and winter activities.
Today, the company remains family-owned and continues the tradition of quality, professionalism and a personal approach. Our core business remains the sale of bicycles, skis and sports equipment, but we are also committed to continuous development and adaptation to the modern needs of our customers.
